Hi :)
If you found this website, I hope it is of some use to you. We are all humans and all products of our biology, knowledge, and experiences. I believe it is good to have an open mind and love having courteous discussions with people about their beliefs and why they hold their worldviews. I also believe in doing your own research. Things may not always be as they seem...
My whole reason for making this website is to share the hope and love of God that I found with the world. Most people, even fellow Christians, may not have had supernatural experiences so I’ve included those under the Miracles tab and it’s also a part of my testimony. Some things may sound nuts if you’re not a believer, but then why would I choose to share any of this unless it was true? My hope is that people will be led to God if they haven’t found Him already. Jesus didn’t die in vain. The Holy Spirit is real and God really does love us. If you never heard of Jesus or the gospel, please click the Gospel tab for my attempt at a summary.
If I happen to know you, don't worry. I have kept things general both to maintain my own online anonymity and to maintain yours. My purpose is not to put anyone in the spotlight or reveal other people's business, just to share some of my experiences to encourage others on their journeys.
Feel free to browse at your leisure. I hope to keep updating with posts, and if you haven't already, you can read my testimony under the "About Me" tab. Thanks for visiting!
PS If you'd like, you can also check out my related YouTube channel for some Christian musical gems (especially if you like 80's music) and some hopefully edifying links at the channel SeekJesus15 X.

About Me & Disclaimer: Do NOT Judge a Book by its Cover
This is probably what would normally go under the “About Me” tab, but I put my testimony there which talks about some of my struggles and how God healed me. This is a bit more of my background if you’re wondering who the heck is this person and what do they know? I’m no expert, but I know things are not always black and white or stereotypical. Life is messy and full of grey. I will let you all know right now that I am NOT a good example to follow, but I’d like to point people to the One they should follow. I do not claim to know everything and would not want to lead anyone astray. There’s lots I don’t know, but I’d like to share what I do know. I for sure know that God exists and He loves you. Everything else has been a journey.
I grew up with a very Catholic mom from a completely Catholic family on both sides (also with some “fallen-away” Catholics that don’t practice it). However, my dad was always a skeptical person from a young age, not fully buying into it all. He questioned many things, studied many religions, really found himself identifying with Krishna and owned the Bhagavad Gita, loved psychology, and was into New Age ideas. Growing up, I had both that firm Catholic background and faith, but also the questioning, skeptical side with an interest in psychology and the supernatural. I was a psychology major in college, but I do not agree with everything in it. I also did look into other religions out of curiosity and to confirm my own faith. While my mom never questioned things, I always asked how and why questions. As a child, I still remember asking, “How does Santa make it to every house in the world in just one night?" and "Why does Baby Jesus come to our house while Mrs. Clause goes to my friend's house?” I figured they must divide the houses amongst themselves based on who believed in them. :) Whether you follow a particular faith or are an atheist, how can you truly be sure what you believe is true if you don’t examine what outsiders believe and experience as well? How do you know whatever you’re following is not presenting a biased and controlled view based on bad sources, bad logic, and/or faulty evidence?
I’m glad I had a faith-based upbringing, but I used to be pretty liberal. Here’s where I’ll get a little off-topic by addressing “liberal” versus “conservative.” I attended liberal schools, in a liberal state, and a liberal college so believe me when I say I can sympathize and understand the ideology behind several of those views as I used to and still hold some of those views myself. Now as a Christian, I don’t automatically agree with all “conservative” views either. It always depends on the issue, not the political party. I don’t think everything can fit into a neat box or category and I dislike politics, but I do trust the Lord. Seem like an enigma? People are complicated, not black and white. You might be surprised at some of the opinions I held even while claiming to follow Christ. I was very worldly and you wouldn’t know I had any faith just by meeting me. It was only in my young adult life when I started studying my Bible and looking into Catholic history, traditions, the Catechism, Encyclicals, and Catholic Apologetics that I found myself convinced of the opposite Protestant Christian views. Nobody told or convinced me other than my own research and comparing everything to the Bible. It wasn’t easy in the middle of that. I at first even considered whether the Greek Orthodox Church or Sedevacanist churches had it right and once I saw that they didn’t and left the Roman Catholic Church, I was without a church for about four months until God led me to a Biblical one I hadn’t previously considered. Around the same time, my brother became an atheist, later agnostic, and has only recently come back to believing in the reality of God and Christ. Praise God!
Now, there are so many Christian denominations that it’s like okay, which one is correct? I think most of them have some truth and some people that are in the true body of Christ, while some are not. In most any church, you will have that. Saved and unsaved. I don’t have a “denomination” I hold to nor encourage, I’m just somebody trying to follow Christ as the early church did. Compare everything to the Bible. That being said, the various denominations will disagree about different things and everybody can’t be right about everything. One is whether or not Communion is meant to be symbolic or literal. Lutherans, not just Catholics, have similar theology there, just different terms and definitions. I believe it’s symbolic now and doubt the Eucharistic miracles are from God, but I could be wrong. I’m all for being corrected and having open dialogues, so convince me with Scripture, but I don’t see it backed there. Another disagreement is about whether the Holy Spirit actually acts anymore. If you read my website you will see that yes, I believe the Spirit DOES act today, both due to experience and to Scripture. Nowhere does it say that it will stop and in fact Scripture even says that “in the last days I will pour out my Spirit” and people will have dreams, visions, and prophesy (Acts 2:17). Some of my testimony and the miracles tab involve supernatural aspects that many people will find hard to believe. That’s fine. I would’ve been skeptical myself, especially with all charlatans out there lying for profit. I totally get that. Doubting Thomas here! That is something I mention in my testimony if you choose to read it. I would normally be inclined to keep everything to myself, but that’s not what we’re called to do. If the world wants to ridicule me and call me nuts, so be it. Jesus is worth it and more. If one day it comes down to actual persecution in this part of world, as it currently happens in other parts, then may Christ give us the strength to withstand to the end, for our reward is not on this earth but afterwards with Him. Continue to pray for our brothers and sisters in Christ around the world who face daily threats and even death just for following Christ.
So why did I choose to share all of this with you? Because I have faith in the One true God and His only Son, but I do NOT want anyone to think that I am this “good” and godly person when I am not. I constantly fail Jesus, but I try and I keep learning every day. It is also to dispel some of the stereotypes and prejudices people might have. We all have preconceived notions of things before we learn otherwise. I always try to take everything with a grain of salt, even things I am inclined to accept I might reserve judgment on (“you shall know them by their fruits” Matthew 7:16). While you will not find lies on my website, I am a person and I make mistakes, so please do not be led astray by even myself and TEST ALL THINGS. Do your own research. Ask God to show you He is real if you don’t believe me. That is all I ask. If you find anything “good” or of use here, don’t credit me but credit God who chose to use me as His instrument and for you to take the time to look and find it. He can use people and speak through them. If you find anything not so good here, then credit me (my bad) and do not follow that! Don’t put your faith and trust in man (that includes women), but in God. He can and will show you what you ask, if you ask according to His will. Seek and you shall find (Matthew 7:7).
